Position Overview:

**Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Lemonade.
  • Create engaging and shareable content that aligns with Casa's brand identity.
  • Willingness to be actively involved in TikTok content creation, including oncamera appearances and acting.

SEO Management:

  • Implement and oversee SEO strategies to enhance Casa's online visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Collaborate with the content team to optimize website content for search engines.

Facebook Advertising:

  • Understand and manage Facebook ad spending to optimize budget allocation and maximize ROI.
  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns on Facebook Ad Manager to reach specific audiences.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and ecommerce teams to create visually appealing and persuasive content for social media posts, ads, and promotions.
  • Utilize graphic design tools, including Canva, to craft eyecatching visuals.

Community Engagement:

  • Foster and grow Casa's online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and initiating conversations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase follower engagement and brand loyalty.

Social Media Conversion Metrics:

  • Monitor and analyze social media conversion metrics to optimize the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and drive desired user actions.

Campaign Coordination:

  • Work closely with the ecommerce team to coordinate marketing campaigns that integrate seamlessly with online platforms.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to extend Casa's reach.

Quick-witted and Extroverted Personality:

  • Display a quickwitted and extroverted personality to bring energy and enthusiasm to social media interactions.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Provide regular reports on social media trends, audience insights, SEO performance, and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, SEO, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms, including TikTok.
  • Experience in understanding Facebook ad spending and planning campaigns on Facebook Ad Manager.
  • Willingness to be featured on camera for TikTok content and acting.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools, including Canva.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
