Description
Responsibilities
- Organize meetings logistics including travel arrangements, visas, permits
- Team meeting reports and followup activities
- Provision of administrative support to Service sales team in preparation
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports,
- Maintain an efficient document control, filling and retrieval system
- Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Assist Service team in adhoc project assignments, when required
- Generate Purchase Orders and Invoicing using Inhouse Expenses
- Follow up timely on the payments from customers and payment to
- Working on the shipping documents such as bill of lading and shipping
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
- Diploma/Degree in a Business Administration/Logistics/Supply Chain
