Convenient Location (Near MRT)
Working hours:
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.30pm
**Position: Internship (Able to start immediately)
Responsibilities:
- To provide full administrative support to Singapore Office.
- Organize and maintain diaries and make appointments.
- Manage correspondence and drafting/writing letters.
- Ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
- Data entry, scanning, and proper filing of documents.
- Arranging, coordinating and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinate location, invitees and presentation arrangements for Company events.
- Any other duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Internship positions are available.
- Must have strong office and administrative skills and strong people skills.
- Able to work under mínimal supervision and work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong prioritization and organization skills.
