Description

Responsibilities

Handles dormitory tenancy matter including forecasting the dormitory vacancies required to accommodate upcoming hires
Reinstates vacant room units
Ensures all employee's contact and residential address are updated accurately in the company system
Conducts dormitory operations to facilitate worker' movement in dormitory such as check in, check out, room transfer and home leave
Handles worker's repatriation from dormitory to airport
Manages worker's meal catering matter
Conducts inquiry for any disciplinary issue, complaints and grievance matters in dormitory
Liaises with relevant government authorities and dormitory management for all dormitory matters
Conducts routine dormitory inspection to maintain the safe and clean living environment
Reports any maintenance issue to dormitory management for rectification
Supports team during any outbreak or emergency situation such as COVID19 Performs any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior

Requirements:

Minimum of primary education with relevant working experience or preferably with GCE 'O' levels
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Good organizational skills and meticulous Willing to work overtime
