We are looking for a Field Service Coordinator (Agreement Delivery). This is a permanent opportunity, and its location is Singapore.

As a Field Service Coordinator (Agreement Delivery), your primary responsibilities for the role include:

Accountable for the planning, execution and closing of Field Service activities (under Contract agreements) in line with our contractual requirements as well as QEHS and cost target, with a satisfied end customer.

Accountable for surrounding processes and system/tool updates related to FS Operations.

To adhere to KPI with regards to Work In Progress (WIP), Margins and Time To Invoice (TTI)

Main Responsibilities:

Plan and execute Field Service jobs/orders.
Close cooperation with contract managers and resource managers assigning engineers to jobs
Close cooperation with and support to Workshop foreman to plan workshop work.
Prepare documentation for invoicing as and when required.
To maintain KPI of the jobs on hand (Margin/TTI/WIP)
Attend in contract/project reviews and meetings.
Continuously stay uptodate with company policies and guidelines.
Issue Tech Requests when applicable.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

Degree or Diploma in the field of marine engineering.
Good command of English, both written and oral
Ability to work independently
Ability to communicate and interact well with customers and other stakeholders
