DESIGNATION :
Patient Service Associate (Family Medicine Clinic) (Full Time & Temp)

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Patient Service Associate will provide administrative support to clinic and ensure a smooth flow in the clinic operations.

Perform counter duties including registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection and dispensing of medication
Attend to walk in and call in patients' enquiries
Manage patients' feedback and enquiries
Perform service recovery
Prepare patients' records and documentation pre

- and post
- consultation and procedures

Provide postconsultation instructions where necessary
Maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery for clinic
Perform any duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum secondary education
Minimally‌ ‌1‌ ‌year‌ ‌of‌ ‌experience‌ ‌working‌ ‌in‌ ‌outpatient‌ ‌setting‌ ‌preferred‌
Customer service oriented
Conversant in basic computer skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Cheerful and pleasant personality
Able to commit to 5.5 day work week
Mon-Fri (full day), Sat (half day)
