WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Data Analytics

Own data collection, data modeling, ability to interpret them and analyze the results
Develop strategies to ensure data accuracy and quality
Create useful reports from data extracted from internal system/external data source
Making use of data to identify areas for improvement

Operations Excellence

Operational support to Operation team
Identify gaps on current capabilities and business requirements, formulate and propose possible solution
Assist to review process performance & document processes as and when needed
Optimize on advance Excel or data programming tools to drive automation and productivity improvement

Projects and Reporting

Support any on-going projects
Build reports or dashboard to monitor and present KPIs
Assists on any regular reporting

Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title of Supply Chain Intern.

YOU HAVE:

Minimum Diploma graduates/University undergraduates
Basic Logistics and Supply Chain knowledge
Ability to interpret, model and analyze data
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in data programming like RPA, Advance Excel/Macro
Excellent interpersonal skills
Independent and self-starter
Good presentation and communication skills
Flexibility and adaptability
