On behalf of one of its clients in the Renewable Energy field, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for aSales Team Lead (Solar)
Our client is a solar energy provider committed to delivering sustainable and efficient solar solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 2 Solar Sales Representatives.
- Drive the team towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Foster a resultsoriented and collaborative team environment.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance individual and team performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize business opportunities.
- Generate new business opportunities, building relationships, and closing sales deals within the solar industry.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure seamless coordination and achievement of overall company objectives and planned growth.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
Qualities They Are Looking For:
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing sales teams.
- Resultsoriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- A natural achiever with a history of meeting and surpassing goals.
- Effective team leader, capable of motivating and developing team members
- Previous experience in solar sales or a related field is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in a leadership role, ideally managing a sales team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goaloriented mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
