Desktop Support Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide IT technical service desk and onsite support for enduser services.
  • Problem identification, diagnosis and rectification for both hardware and software issues.
  • Support desktops, notebooks, printers and other hardware components.
  • Experience in MacOS support and troubleshooting preferred
  • Installation, reinstallation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of MS Windows, Microsoft tools such as MS Office, internet browser, MS Outlook, etc.
  • Provide support for queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution and IMAC Services.
  • Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service.
  • Involved in projects such as migration, relocation and hardware refresh.
  • May require to work on Saturdays depending on project requirements.
  • Minimum three years related IT support experience.

Contract Type: 12 Months


Salary:
SGD2,700 to SGD3,500


Location:
West, Central, Tai Seng


Working Hours:
Office Hours Mon to Fri 8:30 am to 6 pm


Commencement:
Immediate
