Description
A great opportunity to join a fast growing HR SaaS start-up.They are looking for an AE who is passionate in both sales and partnership development to help them further grow their market in Singapore & SEA.
Responsibilities:
- You'll be focusing on selling into SME + Mid-Market clients across SEA
- You will be responsible for generating revenue from inbound leads and outboundprospecting.
- Learn more about prospects, understand their goals, and present product demonstrations ofour software.
- Identify key decisionmakers and map out the plan to close the deal.
- Manage the entire sales process, including negotiating pricing, helping to build businesscases, and guiding the prospect through their internal procurement, security, and legalprocesses.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecasts for companywide forecasting.
- Use your natural curiosity, communication skills, and ambition to improve the performanceof yourself and the team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent communication negotiation and closing skills
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented
- Ability to work and thrive in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment
