A great opportunity to join a fast growing HR SaaS start-up.

They are looking for an AE who is passionate in both sales and partnership development to help them further grow their market in Singapore & SEA.


Responsibilities:


  • You'll be focusing on selling into SME + Mid-Market clients across SEA
  • You will be responsible for generating revenue from inbound leads and outboundprospecting.
  • Learn more about prospects, understand their goals, and present product demonstrations ofour software.
  • Identify key decisionmakers and map out the plan to close the deal.
  • Manage the entire sales process, including negotiating pricing, helping to build businesscases, and guiding the prospect through their internal procurement, security, and legalprocesses.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecasts for companywide forecasting.
  • Use your natural curiosity, communication skills, and ambition to improve the performanceof yourself and the team.

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication negotiation and closing skills
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment
