EXECUTIVE, VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT:

SINGAPOREANS/ PRs ONLY

( Salary - $2, $3,200.00)

LOCATION
Central (Ang Mo Kio / Bishan / Sin Ming)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Implement effective and responsive volunteer management services
Develop, promote and execute volunteer related training programs as well as development opportunities
Collaborate with HODs to manage volunteer issues and enquiries
Collaborate with departments to plan and coordinate volunteer affairs initiatives
Support company's events

WORKING HOURS

Standard Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30 to 5.30pm

ONLY WHEN REQUIRED:

Able to work on weekends/public holidays/irregular working hours

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualification: Min. Diploma in any discipline
Years of Experience: Preferably with 2 years of relevant experiences in volunteer management
Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Good facilitating, Communication, Problemsolving and Influencing skills, Ability to multitask and work within short time frame under mínimal supervision
A team player with proactive and positive work attitude
