Design, develop and deploy high quality and innovative learning and performance support solutions for the audit professionals

Engage with stakeholders on meeting the needs of the learners and improve learning/ performance to achieve targeted business goals
Manage learning projects to deliver deliverables in a timely fashion
Work closely with external vendors and learning designers in the design and development of elearning modules
Deliver learning solutions with impact (e.g. deliver instructorled trainings, virtual classrooms and trainthefacilitator sessions)
Possess strong technical knowledge of IFRSs and/ or IFRSequivalent (eg. Singapore FRS) and ISAs and/or ISAequivalent (e.g. Singapore Standards on Auditing)
Selfmotivated and are able to work independently with mínimal supervision, with the ability to deliver quality presentations and present excellent written deliverables
Possess strong project management skills with the ability to work within a team, and provide direction and support to team members
Excellent communicators and influencers, with the ability to establish credibility and positive relationships at all levels in the firm
Passionate about creating content to educate and support the Audit business while possessing a genuine interest in audit quality
Experience in training and facilitation methodologies is a plus
