With the impetus towards Corporate Purpose, NVPC has announced a refreshed Company of Good strategy, This offers an exciting opportunity to help cultivate a feature where every organisation in Singapore is purpose driven and striving to make a net positive impact on the people, society, environment, governance and economic dimensions.


This role will focus on supporting the manager in driving and implementing national-level interventions to grow and strengthen the industry for corporate to drive purpose and do good.


Description Of Project:


  • The Company of Good Recognition System is the first in Singapore to recognise organisations for their exemplary efforts in Corporate Purpose and the Five Impact Areas (People, Society, Governance, Environment, Economic).
  • Proprietary to NVPC, the questionnaire aims to be robust enough for companies from various sizes and industries to gauge the progress of their impact and make measured steps to grow in their respective Corporate Purpose journeys.
  • The questionnaire is designed in consultation with industry experts and will be reviewed annually to ensure that conferred companies stay relevant and maintain rigorous standards.

Key Deliverables:


  • Support the building of digital development of the COG Recognition System on the COG web portal.

Work Scope:

Intern #1

Support Manager in the following areas:

  • Maintain accuracy in standard operating procedure document
  • Coordination with organisations for judging panel meetings and gathering required data from organisations (presentation slides, organisation brief description)
  • Planning and execution of judging panel meetings in May
  • Planning and execution for next phase of digital development (individual organisation dashboard)
  • Digital development of other COG Recognition System related programmes and projects (COG 1 Heart recognition for off season period, COG search directory)
Intern #2

Support Manager in the following areas:

  • Slide decks to share about recognition system to external partners or update internal stakeholders on progress
  • Liaising and procurement of vendors for recognition plaque
  • Liasing with Cohort Report vendor to ensure that first national level Corporate Purpose report is well
  • Planning and execution of Conferment Ceremony in July

  • Experience how a nonprofit such as NVPC, work/ function
  • Lead a project area pertaining to the COG Recognition System
  • Support the organisation of a nationwide conference impacting businesses in Singapore
  • Network with notable business leaders in the COG network
We are looking to hire interns who are able to commit for 6 months.
