Description

Responsibilities

Assess and recommend suitable service and repair solutions that meet client needs.
Deliver transparent and accurate cost estimates for insurance claims.
Communicate with insurance companies to process motor claims.
Track repair progress and keep customers informed of status updates.
Manage scheduling of daily appointments for accident and body repair.
Allocate and coordinate workloads for the body and paint department.
Build and maintain strong relationships with authorized insurance companies.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Manager as needed.

Requirement

Motor Claims experience in automotive / workshop or related experience (not compulsory but preferably)
Class 3 Driving License
Good communication and customer service skills
Lunch and dinner provided by company, uniform (top) provided
