Description

We are looking for dynamic individuals with accounts and human resource experience to manage a portfolio of Client Accounts by providing dedicated support to the clients.


The role will cover two key areas:
A. Accounting

B. Human Resource and Payroll

**GENERAL WORK SCOPE

A. Accounting Function**- Review full sets of accounts and management report using Xero (monthly, quarterly, and yearly clients from various industries).

  • Review monthly Gross Turnover (GTO) submission to landlords.
  • Review Goods and Services Tax (GST) report, including F5 and F
  • Review and submit routine government surveys.
  • Liaise with external auditors for all audit, bankers, tax agent and other professional advisor for all financial related matters.

B. Human Resource and Payroll Function

  • Manage all HR related matters and ensure that HR practices are compliant with MOM regulations, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Timely execution of payroll, CPF contributions and tax matters in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that employee records, staff insurance policies, leave records, and records with relevant government departments are uptodate.
  • Ensure course grants, government paid leaves are submitted.
  • Review and submit employeerelated surveys.
  • Handle work pass matters for foreign employees.

C. Others

  • Handle renewal of licences and legalrelated matter correspondences.
  • Budget preparation and monitoring, credit management & cash flow update.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as and when requested.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years of working experience in related field required.
  • Experience in handling multiple of accounts.
  • Able to communicate effectively in a clear, concise, and professional manner, both verbal and written.
  • Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership with a 'cando' attitude.
  • Adaptive, with positive personality to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
