Looking for a highly meticulous personal assistant who is able to fully handle the backend administrative duties. The incumbent is responsible for the overall management of all office matters including secretarial and admin support as required. Ideally someone who is willing to learn, and meticulous to details. Lots of fun and new ideas to brainstorm together. Dynamic environment and most importantly, a very adaptable boss to work with.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry, Data processing
- Call For Data Verification
- Sending Birthday/ Festive Cards
- Collating Receipts, Processing Claims
- Preparing Clients' Files
- Provide Team Support for Printing/Compiling Reports
- Responsible For All Daily Incoming Mails
- Any Ad Hoc Duties Assigned by Hiring Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum Local diploma
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable in calling
Salary:
$2, $3,500.00 per month
