Course Description

You will guide them through engaging activities with the textbook and the substantial reading list, as well as working through digital activities on the course learning website.

This course features a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) experience.

Students will use their knowledge and skills through a real or simulated workplace context and will receive valuable feedback from the industry as well as academic feedback.

Job Requirements

A Ph.

D or Master's Degree in Business from a reputable university or professional qualification in related fields with a focus on Organisational Experience

At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience at the tertiary level is preferred
5 years of relevant work experience will be an added advantage
Must be available to conduct a weekly 3hour lecture for a period of 9 weeks
Must be available to teach classes on weekday evenings from 7PM to 10PM
Any additional requirements provided by RMIT (Software, etc.)
