    Description

    Job Responsibilities

    • Check daily attendance and perform full spectrum of payroll today for employees.
    • Process monthly and advance payments for employees.
    • Declare IR21.
    • Check, update and manage leave / MC applications of employees.
    • Check and verify deductions and liquidated damages bills.
    • Check and prepare salary requisitions.
    • Check and process NS make up claims/ Childcare claims / reimbursement requests.
    • Update employee's monthly union membership
    • Manage employee grievance and performance on a timely basis.
    • Conduct exit interview and home leave interviews.
    • Conduct employee feedback survey.
    • Complete any other ad-hoc duties assigned by General Manager.
    • Must have good knowledge in MOM regulations.

    Perform any other duties assigned by Manager.

    Job Requirements

    Min Diploma

    At least 1 year of payroll administration experience

    Competent in handling full spectrum of payroll work

    Able to handle high volume of payroll

    Office located next to Joo Koon MRT

    Excellent career advancement opportunities based on performance
