Description

We are looking for a freelance Junior Creative Designer to join our team and assist in creating visually stunning designs that communicate our brand message effectively.

As a Junior Creative Designer, you will work closely with senior designers and stakeholders to deliver engaging designs for various marketing channels.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the development of new visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for print and digital/social media.
  • Support the maintenance of brand guidelines and ensure that all designs are in line with the company's brand image.
  • Collaborate with other designers, copywriters, and stakeholders to ensure that all creative work is aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Stay uptodate with design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve the quality of the work.

Requirements:


  • 02 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
  • Knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Canva, or other design software.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing previous work and design process.
