  • Create value to the organisation by supporting the FP&A team in developing analytics and metrics to help the senior management gain better insights into the organization and improve on Divisions' budget marksmanship and projection capabilities to ensure healthy cash flow for the organisation.
  • Produce regular reports that includes division expense utilisation reports and Senior Management/Board meeting reports.
  • Support the yearly and midyear budget exercise by working closely with Business partner team and key stake holders to ensure smooth completion
  • Maintain database for AIC budget vs utilisation, and perform reconciliation of information
  • In charge of maintenance of budget and reporting system
  • Work with the team on adhoc projects and workgroups
  • Provide secretariat support when required (e.g. minutes taking).

Job Requirements:


  • Recognised degree holder and/or ACCA
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience and preferably as Business Partner or in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (basic VBA is an advantage)
  • Keen eye for details and ability to collaborate effectively
  • Ability to work independently and accurately under tight timelines
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to build good working relationships with stakeholders within Finance and Procurement team and divisions.
