[What the role is][What you will be working on]
- Responsible for curriculum development and delivery, project supervision, assessment setting and marking for fulltime and parttime courses (continuous education programme)
- Coach and mentor students and be involved in student development activities beyond the classroom.
- Plan, lead and manage polywide and industry projects.
- Perform administrative and academic duties.
- Collaborate with industry to enhance students' learning.
[What we are looking for]
- At least 5 years of working experience in food industry or government agencies related to Food Science and Nutrition.
- Experience in Food Science & Technology including but not limited to the following specialised domains:
- Food Technology/Processing
- Food Chemistry
- Alternative Protein/Novel Food
- Food Safety; and
- Food Sustainability
