Customer Service
- Permanent role
- Location: Changi
- Working location: Monday
- Friday (9am 6pm)
- Salary: Up to $4000+ AWS + VB
They are currently looking for Customer Service Officer who will be entrusted to full spectrum of Sea freight import and export operation.
Responsibilities
- Liaise closely with customers and operation issues
- Process shipping documents (Ocean Freight & Air Freight)
- Coordinate with different departments on pick up and incoming shipments
- Arrange for all bookings, billing, cargo clearance and pick up processes
The Talent
- Preferably 12 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry
- Possesses a Diploma / Degree or equivalent preferred
