**Job Description

You will be responsible for ensuring that the properties are maintained in accordance with the standards set by the company.

You will be responsible for keeping accurate records of the properties and providing regular reports to the director.

You are required to conduct periodic inspections of the properties to ensure that they are in good condition.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of the properties and making recommendations for improvements.

You will be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance on the properties to ensure that the property is operated efficiently and safely and in accordance with regulations.

You will be responsible for handling tenant complaints and resolving disputes.

**Requirements
Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the properties.

Ensure that all properties are up to code and in compliance with regulations.

Ensure that all properties are properly maintained.

Create and maintain detailed reports on all properties.

Conduct regular inspections of the properties and take appropriate action when necessary.

Keep up to date with industry trends and legislative changes.

Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants.

Handle complaints and resolve disputes.
