- PURPOSE**Support the smooth running and maintenance of the Freight/Commodity risk management systems service (CTRM) in London and other worldwide centers providing exceptional support to the business.
KEY TASKS
Performance & Delivery
- Monitor for, triage and respond to incoming support cases within the Support Team's target response time
- Service support cases in a timely manner and in accordance to documented departmental processes
- Consistently support high value service results and contribute to service improvement plans
- Actively grow personal mastery of Anglo system's implementation of the trade lifecycle and bring that mastery to bear in successfully resolving support cases.
- Demonstrate drive for servicing cases, customers, problem root cause analysis and case resolution
- Seek to enhance to business performance by contributing to the alignment between business processes and the CTRM system working in conjunction with business process owners and IM Marketing colleagues.
- Contribute a reliable, flexible, enthusiastic and team orientated approach to meeting the departmental goals
- Assist in maintaining the department's knowledge base library
- Contribute to the development and adoption of best practice with colleagues and customers
- Contribute to service introduction and deployment including developing and executing test scenarios
- Qualifications
- A Degree in BSc in Computer Science or similar discipline.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written.
- Any of trading domain knowledge, market/credit risk, back office/ERP integration experience desirable
- Understand required portfolio outputs and how own work contributes
- Make recommendations on how to improve required work outputs
- Independent problemsolver using own initiative to resolve issues.
- As this is a customer facing role, an approachable, calm disposition is desired
