Description

We are looking for an Onsite Technician with excellent communication and diagnostic skills.

As a technical support product specialist, you will be required to perform the thorough product testing and evaluation, provide technical support, advice, and to provide solutions to consumers and businesses in regards to technical, hardware, and system issues.

Responsibilities:

Provide repair, service and customer support during onsite visit
Configuration of Ceiling Fan/TV/Monitor setup and other devices (i.e.; Android/ Apple devices)
Work independently to diagnose and troubleshoot any onsite issues that arises at customer's place
Record and update test report/ service report on a timely manner
Inhouse repair and maintenance of Ceiling Fan, TV and Monitor that is exchanged by customer
Support warehouse disposal activity
Other duties as assigned

Requirement:

Min 3 years of working experience as an onsite TV Technician or relevant experience
Class 3 Driving License
Comfortable with 6 days work week including weekend (rotated shift, 9am to 6pm)
Willingness to perform overtime work when required
