Min 2 years' experience and skilled working with Windows and MacOS:
Relationship building and Customer Service:
Problem solving skills.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Experienced and skilled working with Windows, Android, MacOS and IOS devices
- Microsoft Office: Advanced of Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Two or more years of technical work experience
- ITIL certification preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced/demanding environment
- Strong analytical and problemsolving
- Strong interpersonal/relationshipbuilding skills and customer service values/practices
- Willingness to accept additional responsibilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team with mínimal supervision
- Must be highly motivated individual that can work as part of a team to accomplish goals
