What you need to be successful in this role:

  • Experienced and skilled working with Windows, Android, MacOS and IOS devices
  • Microsoft Office: Advanced of Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Two or more years of technical work experience
  • ITIL certification preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced/demanding environment
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving
  • Strong interpersonal/relationshipbuilding skills and customer service values/practices
  • Willingness to accept additional responsibilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team with mínimal supervision
  • Must be highly motivated individual that can work as part of a team to accomplish goals
