What you need to be successful in this role:

Experienced and skilled working with Windows, Android, MacOS and IOS devices
Microsoft Office: Advanced of Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
Two or more years of technical work experience
ITIL certification preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced/demanding environment
Strong analytical and problemsolving
Strong interpersonal/relationshipbuilding skills and customer service values/practices
Willingness to accept additional responsibilities
Ability to work effectively in a team with mínimal supervision
Must be highly motivated individual that can work as part of a team to accomplish goals
