**Floor Manager ( & Service Crew)

  • Consistently perform all service floor duties from greeting customers, taking orders, cashiering to housekeeping
  • Maintain high service standards at all times, especially during busy periods
  • Able to communicate with customers and various departments to deliver an excellent service experience
  • Responsible for opening, operating and closing of shifts and perform daily operational tasks according to roster
  • Able to perform all floor opening and closing duties, and service duties according to company's SOPs
  • Wellequipped with knowledge of menu offerings and offer suggestions when guests make request or enquiry
  • Confident in communications with colleagues across all departments and with customers
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as and when job requires
