Your mission:

Role:

Responsibility:

Administer and maintain NetSuite One World instance, including user access, roles, permissions, and configurations.
Implement and optimize business processes within NetSuite to improve efficiency and productivity.
Oversee daytoday operations regarding systemcontrolled processes such as Order to Cash and Procure to Pay, and Manufacturing.
Support system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations to meet evolving business needs.
Develop and maintain documentation related to NetSuite configurations, processes, and SOX controls.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure uptime and data integrity.
Collaborate with accounting and audit teams to ensure compliance with SOX regulations, including documentation of controls, testing, and remediation efforts.
Provide training and support to endusers on NetSuite functionality and best practices.
Stay current with NetSuite updates, industry trends, and regulatory changes to inform system enhancements and compliance efforts.

Your profile:

Your Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator/Developer, preferably in a multientity, multicurrency environment with NetSuite One World.
Experience implementing and maintaining SOX controls within NetSuite.
Experience with workflow automation, suitescript, custom records, custom fields, reports, and saved searches.
Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
