Job Description:

You will be part of a dynamic team which oversees the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM).

The Executive/ Senior Executive will support the Emergency Planning Office in executing hospital-wide programs in the areas of ERM, BCM and civil emergency / pandemic preparedness.

You will have opportunities to:

Support in the identification of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and development of control measures.
Work closely with various stakeholders to develop business continuity plans to ensure business continuity in the event of a crisis.
Facilitate and conduct training on ERM and BCM
Coordinate and implement initiatives, programmes and deployments to enhance hospital's readiness in crisis management.

What a typical day looks like:

Support the review of regular reports and documents under Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Management, with engagement of stakeholders
Support the planning and implementation of Emergency Planning projects
Provide secretariat support for Emergency Planningrelated meetings and track matters arising, project timelines and updates
Monitor and update Emergency Planningrelated KPIs

Requirements:

Degree holder with at least 3 to 5 years of work experience, preferably in healthcare operations and administration;
Prior exposure to business continuity management systems and enterprise risk management preferred;
Strong interpersonal and communication (presentation, written, and listening) skills to work across different family groups internally and with external stakeholders;
Strong analytical and conceptual abilities with the capacity to think strategically and innovatively
Ability to work on multiple projects at a time while maintaining attention to details;
Ability to work in a fast moving environment and be adaptable to new issues that arise as a result of managing emergency situations;

An independent individual who also works well in a team setting;
