Description
To manage, control and monitor of daily project works, instructions and progress.- Ensure safe work environment on site
- Supervise all works, including Civil and architectural works, road works and utilities diversion
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed by operations.
- Work closely with consultant, subcontractor.
- Supervision of construction works and handle coordination works at sites and to ensure targeted completion dates are met
- Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors on the project related matters
- Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, including drawings and specifications
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation
- Monitoring resources on site and ensuring that sufficiency,availability and performance are aligned with the schedule.
- Ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations
- Manage to clear any work related issue at work site
- Other adhoc duties assigned from time to time
