Key responsibilities will encompass:


  • Collaboration with suppliers to address any parts that fail to meet the required standards.
  • Effective coordination with the QC Inspector to ensure smooth daily inspection tasks that align with quality control procedures.
  • Providing comprehensive quality training to QC Inspectors and Technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of excellence through regular training sessions and workshops.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the quality performance of suppliers, subcontractors, and inhouse products, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to continually elevate quality.
  • Initiating and diligently following up on Corrective/Preventive Action Requests (CAR/PAR) to address quality issues and prevent their recurrence, collaborating with various teams to implement effective measures.

To be eligible for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a Quality Control (QC) environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards for mechanical parts, PCB, PCBA, cable assemblies, and electronics components.
