Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in and support the implementation of global/regional HR initiatives across the APAC region.
  • Support in regional HR risk and compliance related governance and framework and implementation in the region to fulfil internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • Support in any periodic report/reviews as assigned by direct supervisor / manager.
  • Assist with team and office responsibilities and coordination of events and offsites.
  • Manage meeting & travel arrangements of CHRO for APAC
  • Handles payment process for the department and provide advice on payment procedure to department colleagues.
  • Work in partnership with colleagues in Head Office, wider HR teams and Branches; to participate in working group discussions and support global/regional/departmental projects, policies, systems, guidelines and frameworks.
  • Partner closely with various external parties including but not limited to travel providers, hotels and vendors.
  • Adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
  • Assist with team and office responsibilities and coordination of events and offsites.
  • Coordinate regular reports/presentation materials including but not limited to regional headcount reporting, outsourcing, asset verification, executive meeting materials.
  • Maintain good filing system including storage of highly confidential documents.
  • Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
  • Participate in key HR projects and adhoc duties as required.
  • Coordinate any adhoc department activities/events as assigned.
