Job Description:


  • Assist Sales and Marketing in handling and following up on sales inquiries/tenders and quotations including coordinating with inhouse designers on product designs requested by clients as well as handling indoor sales inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing collaterals, tender documentation and publicity materials for sales presentations/proposals.
  • Manage and organise the company's files and folders pertaining to marketing collaterals and sales kits; and
  • Perform general administrative duties like answering telephone calls and other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:


  • At least 3 years of related working experience; and
  • A selfstarter and a committed team player with an analytical mind and with good interpersonal and organisation skills.
