Job Description:

Manage and responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation.
Able to prepare full set of accounts and perform Bookkeeping functions on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis for different types of companies and businesses
Recruits and hires accounting and financial staff and conducts performance evaluations.
Preparation, submission and filing of GST returns for our clients
Preparation of Audit Schedules and liaising with external auditor during Annual Audit
Having relevant knowledge of corporate and personal tax and handle simple tax computation and able to liaise with IRAS if necessary
Audits accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit.
Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
Coordinates training programs for new staff and identifies training needs for current staff.
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Job Requirements

LCCI higher certificate/diploma or Diploma in Accounting at least 3 years of relevant working experience
Work experience in a CPA firm would be an added advantage
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software e.g. Xero system
Must be initiative, multitasking, work independently, hardworking and meets tight deadlines
Good interpersonal, communication and ability to work under pressure
Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
Immediate available is preferred.
