Description

Handling customs clearance for products entering Licensed Warehouse (LW)

Coordinate and liaise with various departments and customers to ensure smooth transaction in all import & export shipments and cross-trade operational matter

Customer service ad-hoc duties

Handling and checking of shipping documents

Arranging import/export shipments for customers

Ensure work processes on Customer's shipment handling

requirements are continuously administered and updated

Support Marketing and Sales Team in all marketing and customer support activities as needed
