Description
This advertisement is for recruiting for the position of Operations Support Officer.

If successfully selected, you will be seconded to a MOE High School located in Upper Changi Road.


Contract Period:1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024


Personnel to be deployed at the following hours for:

  • Mondays to Fridays: 6:00pm to 3:00pm, 7:30am to 4:30pm and 10:00am to 7:00pm inclusive of 30 mins lunch break

The personnel shall be competent to perform the following:

  • Maintain general cleanliness of the school compound including cleaning of CCA venues, staff rooms and special rooms. This will include sweeping, mopping & clearing of rubbish etc.
  • Arranging /rearranging furniture for meetings/exams/functions as and when required.
  • Moving heavy objects from point to point.
  • Locking/unlocking classrooms.
  • Operate and maintain basic office equipment & materials if required.
  • Any other task assigned by the Reporting Officer.

The Personnel shall mínimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

Education :
Pass in PSLE


Specifications:

  • Healthy & ablebodied, with no major medical condition
  • Able to work on rotation shifts & Saturdays, if necessary
  • Good teamplayer with initiative
  • Preferable able to speak Mandarin (Note: it is not a criterial criterion)
