- Working hours: 8:30am 5:30pm /
- Working Location: Bedok
The Job
- Handling of customer calls for feedback.
- Coordinator with customer and fulfil their daily requirements
- Preparation of monthly invoice, packing orders and daily receive orders
- Ensure timely preparation of docs for customs clearance, delivery orders, shipping docs etc.
- Arrange timely pickup and delivery of cargo
Requirement
- Strong Customer service skills and willingness to build relationships
- Able to manage a high volume of admin work
