Title - CRM ManagerReport to - Commercial Director
MISSION
Manage the Customer Relationship Analysis activity, work closely with retail team to make decision about the proper functioning of this relationship and projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule CRM activations for Asia in collaboration with Marketing teams.
- Strategy and follow up of database exploitation program.
- Development of clients' recruitment programs with Retail and Digital departments: enewsletter, mailing, CRM card, OPT In strategy.
- Training and monitoring of SugarCRM tool for all Asia affiliates.
- Regulate feedback on SugarCRM to HQ.
- Ensure smooth internalization of ASM HK.
- Monitor ASM JP level of service.
- Participate and support in events.
