Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation.

In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

Releasing Trade Finance documentations to clients upon proper verifications
Provide assistance and tend to enquiries from clients at the counter
Refer clients to appropriate parties for followup
Handle administrative and any other duties to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the DBS Trade Counter, which include receiving mails and parcels, conveying messages, survey or data collation and general paperwork

Experience / Qualifications

Diploma holder with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Positive mindset, work well in a fastpace environment due to volume and timeline
Has a pleasant personality and enjoys client interaction
Hardworking, selfmotivated and a team player
Great interpersonal and communication skills
