Human Resources Executive - Singapore - Man Fut Tong Nursing Home
Description
Perform full spectrum of compensation and benefits functions including payroll processing- Handle filing and submissions of CPF, Income Tax clearance and other statutory claims
- Prepare and submit statistical reports as requested by government bodies
- Manage Hospital & Surgical Insurance matters including work injury.
- Generate monthly HR and employee related reports including but not limited to payroll, reimbursement, medical/dental claims and all Work Passes related reports
- Organise staff recreation activities.
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good understanding and knowledge of local labour legislation and other related employment guidelines
- Meticulous and possess good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
