Major Job Duties and Responsibilities for this position include:
- Draft and complete annual business plan and propose to our shareholders for approval.
- Execute in our local business development activities in order to meet our sales target.
- Constantly build corporate relationship with potential client/users at corporation & academic institutions locally.
- Daily operations on the Learning Management System (LMS) platform.
- Create learners' accounts in the LMS and assign course(s) based on approved registration.
- Create Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Webinar sessions in the LMS.
- Ensure assessment result(s) in the LMS are synced to learners' accounts.
- Assist learners to resolve LMSrelated issues.
- Perform course support duties 24 times a year to stay current with the latest SOPs of our clients.
Job Qualification:
- Selfdriven, resourceful, and adaptable to changes well.
- Meticulous, analytical and detailoriented.
- Able to work collaboratively with others.
- Being familiar with Microsoft Power BI and RPA tools such as Power Automate will be advantageous.
Job Requirements:

Possess 10+ years of working experience in Business Development Area in LMS and/or TMS in the Higher Education industry.*
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative working environment by fulfilling own responsibilities and providing support to co
- At least 5 years of any IT solution provider hands on experience with clear results delivered.
- Build relationships with customers to create and sustain customer loyalty
- [IT Skill] RHCE; Database Analytics; Operational IT experience in any of major LMS systems.

[Language] [Japanese] Business High (N-1) or Native Level (Due to 90% of communication to our back office is carried out in Japanese Languages) ;English-Business Level.
- Possess 15+ years of Management Experience in team building process.
