Senior Account Assistant - Singapore - ARROWCREST TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD
Description
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports and maintain Partial accounts and account schedules
- Prepare quarterly GST submission and annual tax submission
- Monthly preparation and calculation of sales commission for the team
- Handle petty cash claims and reimbursement
- Supports sales team in customer accounts creation, generating invoices
- Issue rental invoices to tenants and ensure that payment is received on time
- Reconciling monthly invoices, Bank Statement
- Supporting SMD for credit control and payment collection (execution)
- Perform quality control, analyse and evaluation on client adhoc/project credit
- Works on product items cost and pricing with SCD
- Assist with annual stock take
- Perform any additional adhoc assignments as and when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Accountancy, or a related field
- At least 5 years working experience
- Proven work experience as a Senior Account Executive
- Verse in Microsoft Dynamic Navision 201
- Team Player and able work independently.
