- Be the subject matter expert and drive adoption of strategic capabilities across CitiDirect and CitiConnect product suite including defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for new launches
- Leverage data to identify the best solutions for the various client segments and drive adoption in a targeted way.
- Define metrics for tracking success and leverage data to drive adoption / identify areas of further improvement, innovating to deliver a stellar client experience
- Collaborate with Sales in defining holistic API, File and SWIFT connectivity led solutions for clients, understanding the end to end business flow of a transaction from inception to settlement.

- Working Knowledge of client systems and how they interact with APIs, including in-house platforms, ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and TMSs (Kyriba, SunGard, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to respond quickly and creatively to complex issues
