- Recruit for technical roles with our pharmaceutical clients in China/Japan/Korea, including process engineers, automation engineers, CQV engineers, and project managers
- Collaborate with client hiring managers to define role requirements, lead the hiring process, and oversee recruitment activities
- Maintain recruitment systems to keep information up-to-date
- Source talent through various channels including social networking, executive recruitment, and networking
- Support business development efforts, identify new clients, manage existing contracts, and be a key contact for clients and employees
- Conduct on-site visits to foster client and employee relationships
- 2 - 5 years' experience in technical recruitment in the Asian pharmaceutical industry
- Technical background with an engineering or science qualification
- Enjoy cold calling and prospecting
- Ability to excel in autonomous work environments
- Friendly and charismatic personality
- Strong drive for success
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for client communication in China

The Role
We are expanding and seeking a professional to work closely with our business development executive/contracts recruiter in boosting our sales operations in the China/Japan/Korea region. This role, based in Singapore, is instrumental in initiating and expanding our presence in this market.
The Sales Consultant will drive the growth of our outsourced technical services (OTS) by recruiting top talent, building a pool of potential candidates for future business growth, and serving as a primary contact for our clients.
We are looking for individuals with a proven track record in technical recruitment within the Pharmaceutical sector.
