Purpose of Role:

Reporting to the VP, Finance - SEAK, the branded residential Finance Manager is responsible for budgeting and forecasting revenues, costs and profit associated with branded residential developments in IHG's EMEAA (Europe Middle East Asia and Africa) region and co-ordinating analysis and reporting requirements to deliver accurate and timely billing of fees associated with IHG growing branded residential footprint.

Budgeting/planning:Manage the preparation of annual cash flow and P&L budgets and longer-range projections for revenue streams and expenses associated with branded residential projects within the EMEAA region.

Forecasting:Maintain a regular reforecast of branded residential cash flow and P&L, reflecting up to date view of pipeline and pre-pipeline projects, incorporating expected and actual pace of unit sales and associated fees due to IHG, as well as legal and other direct costs associated with branded residential deals and associated reimbursements.

Reporting:Provide clear line-of sight of actual and forecast branded residential fees and costs to regional and local leadership teams and EMEAA FP&A. Provide support to regional and local Finance teams with ad-hoc, monthly and quarterly queries and requests for information associated with EMEAA branded residential deals.

Owner engagement:Establish and maintain positive lines of communication with designated individuals in the Branded Residential real-estate developer organisation, for the purpose of obtaining monthly sales reports, raising queries and facilitating invoicing of fees due to IHG.

Fee Analysis, Billing and Collections:Request monthly sales reports from owner designated contacts and lead review, analysis and processing of Marketing license fees. To include calculation of fees due based on sales progress and specific contractual terms of each project, completion of invoice requests to be processed by Global Finance Operations and submission of raised invoices to designated owner contacts.

Finance Leadership Support:Support the Head of FP&A, EMEAA, VP Ops Finance SEAK and CFO EMEAA with ad-hoc requests and analysis in relation to EMEAA branded residential growth.

Educational Attainment:

Qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and workrelated experience.

Critical Expertise & Experience:

5+ years progressive workrelated experience in Finance
Hospitality/realestate experience beneficial

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

Advanced analytical and numerical skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to form productive relationships across the organisation.
