Responsibilities:


Day-to-Day Operations of Clinic Management

  • Administer ALL clinical treatments as directed by Clinic Director and LCA Medical board
  • To provide professional consultation and advice on aesthetic medical services based on patient's needs
  • Responsible for handling patient enquires and educate patients about the course of treatments and aesthetic goals as well as post care
  • Perform medicalgrade aesthetic procedures (incl. skin, inject, laser hair removal, body etc)
  • Able to provide medical advice related to company skincare products and services
  • Review patient's progress with treatment plan
  • Support Clinic Director in providing training for all staff with the clinic.
  • Complete LCA eLearning modules.
  • Attend onboarding training program for Singapore clinic Doctors and Therapists and conduct training sessions as needed.
  • Comply with LCA policies and protocols.
  • Follow best practice processes and procedures of all clinical practices for LCA in all areas of hair, body skin treatments and cosmetic injectables.
  • Report (to Clinic Director) all adverse events at the clinic with urgency and address by recommending appropriate management.
  • Support the Clinic Director and Staff in following all medical protocols laid out by Singapore medical government bodies
  • Support Clinic Director and GM of Asia to launch market leading product and services into the LCA Clinic

Support Clinic Director in the day-to-day smooth running of the clinic and delivering Monthly Clinic Revenue and Profit Targets.

General Management

  • Ensure there are a sufficient number of appropriately qualified staff on each shift
  • Ensure that all LCA Group and LCA (SG) policies and procedures are established, understood, appropriately circulated, and adhered to
  • Ensure effective utilization of the physical and financial resources of the clinic
  • Establish good public relations with the Clinic's referral sources, through visits and discussion
  • Protect the interests of the clinic and ensure conformity with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Participate in the clinic's growth and development
  • In the event of a disaster be immediately available, and have all necessary services organized, to meet the need arising from such events
  • Ensure that all equipment is in compliance with all licensing requirements, is in good working order and is maintained as required
  • Ensure confidentiality of client records and patient privacy in compliance with the PDPA legislation
  • Performance metrics, WHS metrics, are all tracked monitored and escalated to the Clinic Direct and GM of Asia in an agreed timeframe

Continuous Improvement and WHS

  • Demonstrate an understanding of all relevant external legislation & internal policies and procedures that relate to the position and the Clinic
  • Maintain knowledge of Emergency Procedures and know where to access information on Fire, Safety, Security and Disaster Planning
  • Ensure suitable standards are maintained, to provide a safe environment and that an effective system of security is maintained for patients, staff, and the public

Customer Service

  • Act in a professional manner at all times when dealing with internal & external customers.
  • Positively promote the LCA businesses both internally & externally
  • Be prompt and provide courteous service to clients, colleagues, and the broader community
  • Maintain confidentiality on all issues relating to the organisation, the clients & staff
  • Maintain a professional and pleasant manner and be responsive to telephone inquiries
  • Act as an advocate in assisting clients to make informed decisions in relation to appropriate treatments
  • Assist the client, when possible, in the resolution of problems
  • Ensure that privacy, dignity, and confidentiality is respected and maintained for all patients

Administration, Documentation and Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with the LCA Operations Manual
  • Ensure that all medical record documentation is accurate and completed in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure that policy development and maintenance of policy and procedure manuals is timely and up to date, including regular reviews of all policies and procedures
  • Ensure Incident forms are accurately completed and submitted within 24 hours
  • Weekly Business Review meeting with Clinic Director and GM of Asia
  • Be available to participate in Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Business Review/Strategy meetings with Clinic Director, GM of Asia and LCA Group Leadership Team

Job Requirements

  • Fully registered doctor with Singapore Medical Council (SMC)
  • Certificate of Competence (COC) for Lasers, Botox, and Fillers, other COCs will be an advantage
  • 2 years of aesthetic experience
  • Good bedside manner, interpersonal skills, and positive personality

  • Job type: Full time and permanent
  • Salary: S$15,000 to S$18,000 + Monthly Individual Sales Commission
  • Working hours: Monday to Saturday (10 am to 8 pm, 5.5
