OtherThe Policy and Systems Management team oversees the launch of new or enhanced grant schemes, from scheme design to process development and implementation.
Work closely with the IT partners to support the ongoing system enhancements and management.
Perform predeployment testing activities such as User Acceptance Tests (UAT), conduct system trainings to business users.
Manage daytoday system issues raised by endusers, provide firstline investigation and troubleshoot, work with IT vendors to analyse and resolve the issues.
Coordinate and track the escalated cases, provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Manage service requests to IT vendors and see through the completion of request.
Provide support in system audits and compliance activities.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in system support, testing and defect tracking.
Able to handle ambiguity and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Versatile in working independently as well as an effective team player.
Good interpersonal skills to work across agencies and with a range of stakeholders.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Good analytical skills and effective time management to meet project timeline.
Able to work during nonoffice hours and on weekends.
