Payroll Specialist - Singapore - MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage all payroll for permanent, temporary and contract staff and outsourcing
- Ensure recovery of payroll cost on timely basis through invoicing
- Take charge of bonus computation, i.e. performance bonus and 13th month
- Manage CPF, FWL, and IRAS (IR21 and IR8A) formalities
- Submit reimbursement for maternity leave, childcare leave and reservist leave
- Updating of new joiner information into the system
- Submission of payroll report to finance department
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource / Business Studies, etc.
- Minimum 1 of experience in payroll administration
- Meticulous, highly organised with sense of urgency
