As a Patient Service Associate, you will be expected to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of internal and external customer / patients witht he key aim of providing excellent patient care.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Receive and screen patients arriving at the clinic
  • Perform full process of registration, administration and make appointments for patients
  • Prepare referral letters and main proper filing system for scanned documents
  • Manage consult rooms before and after clinic
  • Provide financial counselling to patients
  • Provide excellent service standards and assistance to patients
  • Perform counter and medical record duties
  • Answer and handle telephone and upfront enquiries
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Preferably GCE 'N' Levels or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Possess a non judgmental attitude
  • Preferably 3 years working experience in service industry
  • Experience in customer service / healthcare industry will be an advantage
