Description
The Temporary IT Helpdesk Support Staff is responsible for performing IT desktop, end user support and trouble-shooting tasks.

  • Perform IT desktop, end user support and troubleshooting tasks
  • Perform installation and configuration of PCs, Laptops, Macbooks and peripherals
  • Perform cloning, backup and restoration of PCs and Laptops.
  • Perform LAN and Wifi network configurations and troubleshooting of PCs and Laptops.
  • Perform endpoint system and security patching and troubleshooting
  • Assist in onboarding new employees as well as exit clearance of employees.
  • Monitor system backup and service scheduler tasks.
  • Manage and attend to Service Request and Incidents
  • Provide daily summarized reports of activities and incidents
  • Perform IT software and hardware inventory tasks.
  • Assist, support participate in IT Infrastructure related Projects, Products and Initiatives.

Job requirement
- "O" or "A" Level / Higher NITEC / Diploma in IT related field

  • Min 3 months to 1 year of relevant IT Helpdesk and Desktop Support Experience
  • Experience and Extensive Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Operating Platforms.
  • Experience and Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory & Mac Operating Systems.
  • Good Knowledge in Network Appliances and Technologies.
  • Excellent technical analytical troubleshooting skills
  • Strong Teamwork and Collaboration skills
  • Fastmoving, Dynamism and Welldriven
